Every order includes a tracking number. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Once an order has been dispatched, we're unable to guarantee changes to the delivery address.

Returns & Refunds

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In their original condition

  • Unused and unaltered

  • Returned with all original packaging where possible

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us with:

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Your order number

We'll review your claim as quickly as possible and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Please note: Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
